Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tally → WhatsApp Invoice Automation (the "Service"), operated at invoice.fovestta.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service connects a business's Tally company to their own WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) account, so that new Sales Vouchers are automatically sent to customers on WhatsApp as invoices, with optional customer enquiry routing and birthday/anniversary messaging.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials, Connector Key, and WhatsApp API access token confidential.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the Tally and WhatsApp credentials you connect, and for having the right to use them.
• You must comply with Meta's own WhatsApp Business Policy when sending messages through your connected WhatsApp number.

3. Subscription & billing

New accounts start on a free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid plan, as described on the pricing page. Accounts without an active plan after the trial ends may be suspended.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data.

5. Data & privacy

Our handling of your data and your customers' data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features and pricing may change; material changes will be reflected on this page or the pricing page.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including message delivery failures caused by Meta's WhatsApp platform or your Tally connection.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
